Bed Bugs
During the night we found bed bugs in our bed and had to leave the property at 2:00 am in the morning. We booked a two night stay and this was the first night. I had to spend an extra money in hotel rooms and move elderly family members and children in the night. The experience was awful. I requested a full refund that night and sent photos to the property owner.I have spent numerous hours on the phone and texting with VRBO and I still have not received a call back ( twice requested and told I would get one) or the full refund. It has been almost two weeks with no resolution.
