Charming but not as described in pics, needs work!!
When we arrived, there were several packages at the door. We offered to bring them in, owner said to leave them there. He would be by to pick them up. 2-3 packages were delivered daily from Amazon etc…and he came by daily to pick up 1 or 2 but many were still on the porch, the day we checked out. Faucet in main bathroom leaked water, washer leaked water, fenced in yard was not fully enclosed. There were no shower curtains in the secondary bathroom and no curtains in that bathroom at the window so neighbors could see in. Curtains missing from big window in living room and also kitchen area. No privacy and simply not appropriate for owner to come to the house that we are renting daily to pick up packages. In major need of work before it is rented for guests to be able to enjoy their stay!!! Photos showed a back yard with a table chairs and grill, none of that was there and the grill in the laundry room was not even assembled. Living room is nothing like photos. We were in town for a special Life Rolls On event, as our son is disabled and in a wheelchair and we expected and deserved more for what we paid. The option was not there to find something else after traveling a few states away.
