About this property

This is one of the few historic cape cod 50's bungalows left in the area.
It has been updated to accommodate the 21st century with necessary amenities but we have preferred to keep it "cape cod" as opposed to turning into a "McMansion"
It's a great space for families as there is ample space for different activities to be going on inside and out with lots of space for cooking and entertaining .
We are surrounded by nature and wildlife. It's peaceful, quiet and dark-even in the summertime, making it the perfect spot to decompress.

Fabulous stay at the Cape

We booked a long weekend at the Cape in late September and picked this house because of its proximity to Falmouth and to the local beach. When we arrived, the property completely surpassed our expectations. The house is lovingly maintained with many personal touches and thoughtful details. The location cannot be better, within walking distance to restaurants and just a hop and a skip from the beach. We rode our bikes, played on the beach, ate out and cooked food at the house for a truly rejuvenating long weekend with the kids.

Fall Family Vacation

This house was great for my wife and I with our 2 adult daughters. Plenty of room. Close to the ferrys, downtown Falmouth, and anything else we wanted to do.

Wonderful home in the perfect location!

The property is steps from beach, walked to downtown Falmouth shops, restaurants and near mini golf as well and the bike path to woods hole. Interesting interior design, clean, lots of space and awesome upstairs deck! Would not hesitate to reserve a stay at this home again!

Our family loves this home. Close to the beach, has everything you would need to get through the week and the bonus is the backyard oasis that you don't expect on the Cape. Wonderful house in a wonderful location

The house is very comfortable and within walking distance of Surf Beach. The backyard and deck are a fabulous location for relaxing. The house had absolutely everything we needed for a wonderful time. The owners were highly responsive for every issue. It really could not have been a better stay! Just terrific! Can’t wait to come back!!

Comfortable and Cozy

Spending a relaxing time with girlfriends from San Diego in Falmouth at this property was the perfect place to refuel. The house was perfect in every way - comfortable beds, stocked kitchen equipment, serene backyard, working lights, well-stocked towel closets, and not a dust ball to found! Walking to the beach was a mere 3 minutes, walking to town, 10. The most disappointing experience was the very limited, post-Labor Day hours at Jim's Clam Shack. We girls decided that this property in Falmouth was the best we have experienced in New England. We will cherish every moment we spent together in this comfortable and cozy house by the sea.

Cape charmer

This property is ideally located. Short walk to the beach yet very quiet and private feeling. Terrific indie and outdoor spaces with plenty of room to gather or relax on your own. Walking distance to Main Street. All in all we loved it and look for award to staying again in the future.

Fabulous Girls' Trip

We are a group of 6 women over 60 who go on a yearly trip to a different location each year. This was a charming home with plenty of space for us to spread out. We had dinner on the beautiful back deck and enjoyed the birds. In the evenings the kitchen table was perfect for our nightly Euchre matches. Every morning some of us walked to the beach for a walk before going out to visit other towns on the cape. I would recommend this house to anyone who visits Cape Cod.

Amazing beach week!

My extended family and I stayed for a week at the end of July. The property was fantastic! Super close to the beach-even closer than the listing makes it appear. Really convenient to downtown Falmouth and to Woods Hole. Kristyn was a great host. Thank you SO much!

A great house in a terrific locatoon

Our family had a terrific time in this house. It is only 5 houses from the beach and has a wonderful back yard. The kitchen is well equipped and the house is really comfortable. Easy walk to down town Falmouth and restaurants. Was wonderful to stay here!!

Spectacular home. Location can't be beat - less than 5 min walk to Surf Beach, close to Main Street in Falmouth. House had everything we needed, and its outdoor area was like a sanctuary - very beautifully landscaped, very relaxing place to hang out. Highly recommend.

We Love 31 By Water Ct.

Just an amazing home. So much space for three teens to spread out. So charming. From the bunnies in the backyard to the view of the ocean from the top deck, just could not be better. A hop skip and a jump to the warm ocean waters. The grocery store is close and Jim's Clam Shack is right down the road too. The neighborhood is beyond quaint. The owner is more than gracious. Come experience the best of Cape life.

Fantastic Vacation in Beautiful Home

Had a wonderful vacation. Beautiful home with all the amenities you could need. Plenty of room to space out, but still cozy and quaint. Favorite parts with the large kitchen and dining area where we could cook, eat, and play games together. The deck and yard is big and we felt in our own paradise watching birds, bunnies and butterflies. Short walk to the beach where we spent our days. Highly recommend. The highlight of our summer.

Nature sanctuary by the beach

What a wonderful place. It has everything and more. My favorite place was the private back yard sanctuary with an abundance of birds, butterflies and bunnies, oh my. They didn't even mind when we played the games at the property like Bocce Ball. The house is 3 houses from the beach. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is stocked with everything you could want.

Another great vacation

2nd time staying here and it was as fun as the first. Location can’t be beat, 2 minute walk to the beach. The house is great, has everything you would need and the backyard with all the flowers is a very relaxing spot to sit. Communication is excellent and we hope to be back again!

Perfect summer vacation location!

We had a perfect week at the beach! Weather wasn’t great but the beach proximity made it easy to be back and forth between the beach and house. House was VERY clean and well-appointed. Also loved being able to walk downtown for dinner and shopping. Can’t wait to return!

Awesome Start to the Summer

The house was clean, inviting & comfortable. We immediately felt at home. The location is outstanding- the beach, downtown, the Island Queen, Woods Hole, everything! The natural setting was beautiful and you can watch the animals & birds all day. A great vacation spot!

Beautiful home with short walk to the beach

Our family was lucky to be able to stay at this beautiful home again. Because of covid 19 We just wanted to be together as family and there was plenty of room in this house to be together can play games in the roomy kitchen and dining room area, but also large spaces, including the beautiful backyard and deck, to enjoy alone or quiet time. House is maintained/cleaned wonderfully. It's a short walk to the beach, all amenities are at the house, and Kristyn was more than helpful in every way.
