About this property

Water Tower Container-Beautiful views and surroundings-Secluded

Your cozy getaway awaits in Chester at this enchanting container home. Nestled on the top of the mountain with sun rise and sunset view, this charming retreat offers a soothing ambiance that will instantly make you feel at home. With its 1 full bed, this intimate space is perfect for couples or solo guests seeking tranquility. Immerse yourself in the serenity of the surroundings and unwind in the comfort of the AC and heating. Stay connected with WiFi and refresh yourself in the invigorating shower. Very secluded and relaxing.

Property is in the country where wild animals are present. Stairs to top deck are equivalent to a ladder..must hold railing when climbing or descending. Do not use if impaired or have balance issues. Use at own risk.
Very steep driveway that requires at least front wheel drive. We try to have firewood there... but do not guarantee it. It's a good idea to bring your own. We are very responsive if you need anything...but if you think you are a professional reviewer...(Karen)...please stay elsewhere.

Secluded, New Tiny Home with Incredible Views
Overall, our stay was very good! The place looks just like the pictures, and the views are great. I imagine that they'd be even better in the fall and winter! The location was pretty secluded, and the home was in great shape overall. Pretty much everything in the home worked as it should have! And it was nice to only be 25 minutes or so from the Fort Smith area. The only things that I think others should be aware of are that the property could really use some curtains or blinds. It is pretty secluded, but some privacy would be nice, and it would be nice to not have the sun on the bed the second the sun rises. And the other MOST IMPORTANT thing to note is that accessing this property can be difficult! A sedan will definitely not make it. We drove a mid-size SUV. Driving up the mountain was fine overall, but once we got to what is basically the driveway for this property, it was STEEP and very rocky! Our vehicle made it up the last incline with lots of slipping as it was tough to get traction. Each time that we went up the incline was pretty difficult. It may be even tougher in wet conditions. Definitely something worth keeping in mind! If you were in a 4WD vehicle, it likely wouldn't be a problem. Overall, it was a good stay! Hosts were very responsive with any questions we had, and the experience was enjoyable for my wife and me!
