My wife and I met at Baylor and have lived/traveled around the country but we chose to move back to Waco for a variety of reasons.

Why they chose this property
This part of Waco is extremely special. It's nestled between Magnolia/The Silos, Baylor University, & Downtown Waco (including the Riverwalk, new basketball arena, etc.). So there's always something to do for virtually anyone.
What makes this property unique
This house was featured on Fixer Upper Season 3 Episode 15. It was built by Chip & Joanna Gaines and is an unique stay for any Magnolia fans. A few highlights:
- Original 1920's shotgun house was moved on a custom trailer to this lot and remodeled while keeping a lot of the original touches
- Custom ladder on pulley system that opens up to loft
- Pieces of the original house/items that were featured on the episode are part of the house
- The original brick foundation from the house was moved and set up as a the outdoor firepit patio
- And so much more...
