Travelers are required to be of 25 years old at the time of booking.

We use our own secured systems to verify ID, send guest guides and for some communication.

Your reservation will result in you receiving a link for ID verification (Valid ID, agreement to rental contract, and security deposit for up to 3000$). This needs to be done prior to receiving your guest guide and access codes to the property. The latter will be sent to you through another link a few days prior to your arrival.

If no issues arise, the deposit is fully refunded within 7 days post-checkout.

We apologize for the extensiveness of our house rules but they are the result of past unfortunate experiences that we wish to avoid at all costs.

The base price offered is for 4 persons. There is an extra fee for every additional person.

The maximum occupancy of the unit must be followed at all times.

If the number of people exceeds the number registered initially, without notice to the landlord, a fee of $ 70 per person/ per day will apply automatically. To avoid check-in problems and surcharges, please make sure to book for the right number of travelers because the number of people will be checked during your stay.

Breakage and damage must be reported to the landlord as soon as possible.

Amazing chalet with great amenities

Stayed here for a ski weekend with a bunch of friends, amazing location, super communicative host, great amenities, great location, will absolutely try to stay again!

Ups & Downs - Take it for what it is

Although the owners seem very sweet, we encountered some unfortunate issues. We had messaged ahead of time to make sure the hot tub was winterized as this is a deal breaker when we booked. Out of a 5 day trip they only managed to get it to work on the last day when most of our group was gone and their only attempt at making it right was to offer us an extra night the day we were all leaving (most people can't take extra time off work with no notice). The back patio door that gives onto the hot tub is near impossible to open - no kid was able to open it, took a lot of force for grown ups, seems like a safety hazard. The driveway is VERY steep. Parking is tough and emptying your car is challenging. The scariest part is how difficult it is to see the speeding vehicles as you exit the driveway. It is close to Mont-Blanc which was useful for us. It was clean.

Super fin de semaine

Nous étions 10 et tous ont bien aimé le gîte. La maison est spacieuse, bien équipée, propre et confortable. Le spa a été très apprécié après le ski au mont Blanc qui est tout près. Les enfants se sont amusés avec les jeux et jouets.

Confortable, mais…

Le chalet est bien équipé (spa foyer) et les lits très confortables. Toutefois, une douche (celle au 2e étage) ne fonctionnait pas et coulait en continu. *Attention: pas de stationnement*. On nous a dit d’aller se stationner au stationnement public de la gare, à 5 min à pieds.Les salles de bains nécessiteraient des rénovations, ainsi que les portes (porte patio pour aller au spa) et fenêtres de l’étage embuées . . Sommes toutes, nous avons apprécié notre cours séjour.)
