Welcome to 3 Streams, a charming 1600 sq ft cabin in Blue Ridge, Georgia. This two-story log cabin is perched on 3 acres, cradled by the gentle flow of three small streams at the property's edge, creating a serene backdrop for your mountain getaway.

• Security: Your safety matters. This property features exterior security cameras. It does not look into interior or private spaces. Cameras are in place to protect the property between guests and ensure safety.
• Wildlife awareness: Please be mindful of bears and other native wildlife during your stay in North Georgia.
• Home is on a well. If the power goes out, so does the well. We do not provide refunds for weather.
• Parking: The driveway can accommodate up to 4+ reasonably sized vehicles.
• Pets: $50/ pet/ stay (3 max, dogs only) (must be disclosed upon booking)
• Smoking & vaping: prohibited. A $200 smoking fee will be charged if we find evidence of this activity.
• Quiet hours: from 10:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m. Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors. No events, parties, or large gatherings.
• Late check-out: available for a fee based on cleaning team schedules and potential delays for incoming guests.
• Notes:
• All the TVs are smart. Guests must log into their accounts.
• Hot tub: We thoroughly clean and sanitize it after each guest, but please note it may take a few hours to heat up again
• Wood is provided for the outdoor fireplace.
• A pack-n-play is available in the unit.
• Additionally, the sofa can be used for additional sleeping accommodations if required; kindly refer to our policy regarding supplementary sleeping arrangements.
