This bungalow's prime location means you're within walking distance of Virginia Square and Clarendon Metro stations. Countless restaurants surround the area, and parking is available.

The cozy living area welcomes you inside, leading to a fully equipped kitchen and a dining space that opens to a lovely garden. Our space is designed for your comfort and convenience. Inside, you'll find two cozy bedrooms (one upstairs and one in the basement - both queen-size),
The single bathroom is well-appointed and stocked with towels. There is an additional toilet (not a private bathroom) in the basement as well.

For added convenience, a washer and dryer are available. We also provide fresh linens for your stay.

Step outside to our charming garden, complete with outdoor seating. It's the perfect spot to enjoy the fresh air, unwind with a book, or soak in the ambiance of our lovely outdoor space.

Please note that one bedroom and the basement living area have a 6-foot ceiling height. Stairs lead down to the basement.

Also note that this is our private home, please be respectful of our items, and bear in mind that we may have personal items out. One door is locked for storage.

No pets (including no service animals due to health reasons and allergies), no parties or loud noises, absolutely no smoking of any kind inside the property
