Nestled in the Beachfront II Complex in stunning Seagrove Beach, our cozy condo is just a 3-minute stroll (650 feet) from one of the world's most beautiful beaches. Here, you're truly in the heart of it all!

Prime Location
Our condo sits on the Gulf side of scenic Highway 30A, with Seaside, Watercolor, and Grayton Beach to the west, and Watersound, Alys, and Rosemary Beach to the east. Enjoy nearly 20 miles of scenic bike paths connecting these charming communities.

HappyPlace30A is a quaint, secluded cove just a short walk from the sugar-white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This top-floor, one-bedroom loft condo is a corner unit, boasting the best Gulf view in Beachfront II Complex. We completed a total renovation in February 2024!

Fresh and Modern
Step inside to find a professionally decorated and refurbished space with new vinyl plank flooring and Levelor blinds throughout. The retextured and freshly painted walls and ceilings add to the fresh feel.

Spacious Living Area
The open kitchen and living area, with 30-foot high ceilings, create a bright and airy atmosphere. Enjoy new furniture and fixtures, including a full-size sofa/sleeper with a queen-size memory foam Tempur-Pedic mattress, and an oversized chair and ottoman. The living area features a large SmartTV (with DVD Player) above a handcrafted TV cabinet, a CD, MP3, FM stereo system with Bluetooth, and expanded cable TV channels, board games, and playing cards. Free Wi-Fi is included.

Dining and Kitchen
The dining table and chairs sit in an alcove below the stairway to the bedroom loft. The open kitchen, with a granite countertop and four bar stools, has new stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, convection oven/stove, microwave, and full-size dishwasher. The beautiful glass subway tile backsplash and well-stocked cabinets make it easy to whip up gourmet meals.

Loft Bedroom
The upstairs bedroom loft overlooks the living area and features two queen beds, a built-in wardrobe cabinet with drawers and a hanging closet, and a 32" LCD Flat Screen TV. Additional closet and storage space downstairs allows the unit to comfortably sleep six guests.

Scenic Views
Being an end unit, it's the only loft with three western-facing windows (one in the loft and two downstairs), perfect for watching sunsets and listening to the waves.

Bathroom and Balcony
The full-size bathroom downstairs features a new granite top vanity, glass shower door and tub combo, and updated plumbing fixtures. Two full-size sliding glass doors lead to the wrap-around balcony, furnished with a table, four chairs, and two sets of Adirondack chairs—ideal for enjoying views of the Gulf and a coastal dune lake.

Beach Gear and Amenities
We provide two beach chairs and an umbrella for your beach excursions. The well-maintained Beachfront II Condominiums grounds include a fenced-in swimming pool, Tiki hut pavilion, built-in charcoal grills, picnic areas, restrooms, and a coin-operated laundry room. Covered parking is available under the building.

Pet-Friendly and Unique Setting
Beachfront II is a dog-friendly complex, and so is our condo with a pet fee. We provide a dog walking station and area. Our unique location borders the 1700-acre Deer Lake State Park, with scenic Highway 30A to the north and the Gulf of Mexico to the south.

Explore the Beauty
From our condo, it's a short 3-minute walk to the beach, where you can explore over a mile of secluded shoreline filled with wildlife, sand dunes, and "Old Florida" scenery. Deer Lake is a rare sand dune lake, offering picturesque views and a wildlife sanctuary.
