Cheers! Welcome to fabulous New Smyrna Beach! Newly renovated studio apartment with queen bed, living area, full kitchen with all full size appliances and private bathroom. Included is cable TV and free WiFi. Dedicated parking on site for 1 car.

Located in the Mariners Cove condominiums, an ocean front complex that offers a private swimming pool, BBQ area and convenient beach access to your choice of the walk or drive beach. Walking distance to multiple local restaurants and bars for evening entertainment. Located across from 27th Avenue park, and an easy UBER to either Flagler Avenue or Canal Street for added fun and nightlife!

We have everything you need for a stress free relaxing vacation.
Amenites include:
Coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, linens and towels, beach chairs, beach toys, boogie boards, umbrella, cooler, and beach wagon, Wifi and cable TV. Complete kitchen, cookware, and dishes. Outdoor swimming pool, on site laundry room, and propane grill.

Mariner's Cove getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sunshine Dream condo! It was as advertised, & very nicely appointed! Checking in went smoothly, & communication with the owner was good! Other residents in the complex were very friendly & helpful, too! We would love to come back again...soon! 😀

Just Right

We recently came to New Smyrna for a funeral of a family friend. We selected this unit for it's convenience and access to everywhere we needed to be. The location turned out to be even more perfect since we could walk across the street to the beach in the evenings to enjoy the salt air and waves. The unit is a a big one-room studio with a full kitchen that is well-appointed for cooking meals. It was very clean with nearly everything appearing to be new or upgraded. Being on the lower level, we stayed very cool just running the A/C at 75 degrees - even in the humidity and 90 degree temperatures that loomed outside. Their is also a nice outdoor pool that is also well-kept. The neighbors were friendly and a 7-11 was just on the next corner for ice and junk food.

Cozy, beachy, lovely retreat

Adorable, cozy, space with all one needs to enjoy the beautiful beach, wonderful restaurants and above all relax. Condo was in a great location, quiet and immaculately clean. Pool area was well appointed and perfect. Would love to come back and spend more time there.

Very Clean

Thank you for sharing your place with me as I visited my son at ERAU. It was very clean and a cute studio condo. Very quite at night and convenient get away to the beach. I enjoyed the pool. I liked how the laundry room was air conditioned and Clean Pay Mobile app made it easier then using coins.

Mariners Revisited

The property was in nice clean condition. My parking space was the other side of the apartment which meant you had to first unlock your front door at the back of the condo, go in and open the sliding doors out to you assigned parking space. Then drive around to your parking space to unload your cases through the sliding door. All the parking space by my front door were blue badge invalid spaces

Great trip to NSB!

Outstanding property with everything you could possibly need for a tip to the beach. The condo is completely updated in every way and spotless, just as shown in the listing. Location is perfect and the overall complex was very well maintained. Melissa's communication was great. We will definitely stay here again if we make another trip to NSB. It was a very nice place to stay close to everything we had a awesome time and will b back at some time who knows maybe for our wedding as we got engaged while parasailing something to do while your there even if your afraid of heights like me lol

Wonderful stay. Kitchen had all the tools required beautiful, clean,modern space. Walk to the beach 7/11 next store was handy for ice lots of places to walk to.Melanie and hubby were fantastic. So helpful and keep the whole complex spotless. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area

Winter break getaway

My husband and I were absolutely thrilled with our unit in Mariners Cove! Even better than the photos! Very clean and had everything we needed! The managerial couple were super friendly and hard working! The whole complex is immaculate! The location was perfect for us. Would definitely consider going back!

Perfect spot for two!

This property was absolutely perfect for our week stay in New Smyrna Beach! It was spotless upon arrival and had everything we needed for our stay. Location is great, close enough to downtown, but nice and quiet as well. Weather was chillier than we hoped but it didn’t matter we had a blast! So many great bars and restaurants and lots of long walks. We will definitely return to this beautiful property!

Another great stay!

David and I are originally from Maine, but we made the exciting move to Central Florida 6 years ago. I am a former teacher and we own a home inspection business. Our love for travel has always bee a driving force in our lives, and we've always dreamed of having a condo at New Smyrna Beach. Now we are excited to share our condo with you.

Why they chose this property

Our decision to settle in Mariner's Cove was an easy one. It is located right across the street from a park and just steps away from the beach. For those seeking eateries, shopping or nightlife, a quick Uber ride will take you to the lively Canal Street or Flagler Avenue.
