Just minutes from downtown, where you can hop on the ferry for a scenic boat ride to Anna Maria Island Beaches or enjoy the close proximity to IMG Academy, restaurants and I-75 for access to all of the best beaches the gulf coast has to offer. Bring your boat or other watercraft ! There is plenty of room to park it and multiple public boat slips nearby. The space is well laid out, simple and equipped with all the comforts and conveniences of home.

Location, Location, Location !!! My home is close to everything and in an "Old Florida" neighborhood where the houses are sturdily built to withstand Florida's storms. Mid-Century modern charm can be found on every street and the neighbors are all friendly.
