The sidewalk right beside the house leads down to the Riverwalk where there are swings, and picnic tables. Across the street is Mulberry Park with a playground and concerts in the park. Certain times of year they also have the Farmers Market in the park. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance and a laundromat right across the street.
