Acceptable, but Room for Improvement
The location is ideal and it served the purpose we needed for the length of our stay. However, while the apartment isn't technically a basement, it smelled like it was and felt damp. It wasn't due to not being clean, It is because it's an old building in an ocean town. There was black mold in the bathroom above the sink and the labelling on the doors could be clearer. My experience with the app and the owner was great.
