Our new home features all new furniture, appliances, pots & pans, mattresses and so much more; 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 bunk bed with full size down and twin on top, perfect for families or friends looking for a serene getaway.
Upon arrival, guests are greeted with a warm and inviting open floor plan. Decorated with all new furniture, your sure to want to relax on the leather couch or loveseat in the spacious living room. The Chef's kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for cooking and entertaining. Cooks can easily prepare meals with a wide array of Green Pan cookware (no scratched Teflon pots or pans, LOL) in this roomy kitchen with a large quartz island that also has bar seating.
The spacious kitchen also has a crockpot, electric blender, toaster, entertaining platters and bowls, Coffee Bar with a drip coffee maker, French Press and a single-serve keurig for your morning caffeine fix.
Relax and watch beautiful sunsets and lake views on the expansive back deck with large covered seating area, outdoor dining table, Blackstone Grill, outdoor games, and mounted fans to keep you cool.
Enjoy watching the deer on the comfortable Adirondack chairs on the covered front porch.
Lake Time Cottage is close to the lake, Guadalupe River, Whitewater Amphitheater, Schlitterbahn, Gruene, New Braunfels, Wimberley, and Boerne. Enjoy the lake, float the Guadalupe River, drive down scenic River Road, explore beautiful Hill Country towns, and shop and dine local.

Hi! We are from Spring, TX and have been coming to Canyon Lake for many years now. It's our absolutely Favorite lake in Texas! The water is so crystal clear and aqua blue. Every time we visited, we knew we wanted to have a house here.
We love to travel and explore new places and have stayed in many short-term rentals. Some have been amazing and some not so amazing (LOL)! I am sure you have too!
We brought everything we learned from our experiences, from the details we loved and the things we wouldn't do from our not-so good stays and put them in Lake Time Cottage!

Why they chose this property
Canyon Lake Hills is close to Boat Ramps 6 & 7 and Crane's Mill Marina. It is not a cookie cutter subdivision and has and eclectic mix of homes. We enjoy the Hill County landscapes and watching deer that come and graze on the lawn everyday. We are close to local shops and convenient stores, so it's easy if you need to run down the road for ice, last minute groceries and anything else that you might have forgotten.
What makes this property unique
Our home is Brand New, has plenty of parking space, is well stocked and filled with all new EVERYTHING! The front porch is relaxing and the back patio is the place to hang out, cook-out, play games, relax, and so much more.
We love it here just as much as you will!
