POIPU CRATER 23 AT KOLOA KAI VACATION RENTALS
Experience authentic island-style living at its finest in this unique property, where banana trees reach onto your private lanai amid acres of lush, tropical foliage. Resembling the charm of the South Pacific and old Hawaii, this property features 15 duplex bungalows situated at the top of a hill above Poipu, nestled in the crater of an extinct volcano. Enjoy abundant tropical garden views and a central location that offers a short walk to Shipwreck’s Beach, Poipu Kai Resort, the Grand Hyatt Resort & Spa, as well as Brennecke’s and Poipu Beach & Park.
The resort boasts a variety of amenities, including a swimming pool, sauna, and ping pong tables. Guests can take advantage of complimentary self-parking, and community BBQ facilities
The condo itself features a garden view and a two-level floor plan, approximately 1,100 square feet in size. This ground-level, end/corner duplex condo offers air conditioning in the bedrooms. The master suite, located on the upper level, includes AC, a queen bed, and a full bath with a shower. The second bedroom, on the lower level, has AC, two twin beds (convertible to a king), and a full bath with a shower. Additional features include a TV/DVD/CD stereo in the living room, a private covered lanai, wireless high-speed internet, a washer and dryer, and open parking.
