Come stay in our brand new apartment in downtown Traverse City! This private luxury space is the perfect spot for you to be comfortable any time of year. Just a 20 minute drive from the airport! Located one block to the north is Grand Traverse West Bay and a short drive to many options for daily adventures. We are centered between the best shopping and restaurants TC has to offer. We can’t wait to host you!
The Space:
Our brand new luxury apartment provides a clean, comfortable, and private space for you to enjoy the very best of downtown TC! This unit provides you the space to relax after your long day of adventures in Northern Michigan.
As you enter our open style living space you will immediately notice the ample amount of storage space. This unit meets all ADA compliance while still keeping all our chic and modern charm. Our apartment includes a full kitchen, including a single cup Keurig with coffee essentials. The kitchen includes a seated table to enjoy your meals at. All bedrooms and bathrooms are made up with fresh linens for your stay.
Sleeping Arrangements:
Bedroom- 1 Queen Bed
Each apartment has a lot of extra storage space throughout the unit as well as a private full size washer and dryer. Your stay will include a few essentials for a short term stay including: bathroom soaps, dish soaps, laundry soaps. Please be aware of these items placed inside the unit for your safety.
Our space offers high speed wifi internet and Roku TV’s for you to login to your preferred personal streaming platform so you can catch up on all your favorite shows.

Private parking: One designated spot per reservation.

For those seeking leisurely days by the water, the beautiful lakefront is a short walk away, allowing you to easily enjoy the scenic views and recreational activities.

Just a 15-minute drive takes you to the renowned wineries of Leelanau and Old Mission Peninsulas, where you can indulge in wine tastings amidst stunning vineyard landscapes.
Nature enthusiasts will delight in the proximity to Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore, a mere 30-minute.
