Tucked away on a tranquil alley just off Park Street, this elegant studio is ideal for living, visiting, or working remotely. Perfectly suited for up to two guests, The Nest on Park seamlessly combines modern finishes with Savannah's historic charm. Just six blocks from Forsyth Park, you'll be within minutes of Savannah's best attractions, dining, and entertainment.
The Space:
Built in 2020, this beautiful studio apartment sits atop a single-car garage on a quiet alleyway off Park Street. Ascend the stairs to the entryway and use your unique door code to enter. Inside, you'll find an open-concept studio that boasts a full kitchen, a relaxing living space, and a queen bed.
The kitchen is maximized for efficiency with a full appliance package, custom cabinetry, and a peninsula island offering ample counter space for dining atop counter-height barstools. Open shelving makes it easy to find dishware and coffee mugs.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a comfortable sofa with a chaise lounge, facing a smart TV ready to stream your favorite entertainment. Clean white walls and beautiful wood accents create a warm and inviting space perfect for unwinding.
Behind the TV is a queen bed wrapped in fresh linens and plush pillows. A large armoire provides ample storage for extended stays.
Directly off the sleeping area is a bathroom with a stackable washer and dryer tucked away in the closet. The bathroom features a beautiful low-entry shower with custom tile work, a single vanity, and a soothing deep green color that promotes relaxation.
Need to work remotely during your stay? Our high-speed WiFi supports video conferencing and multitasking. Enjoy a cozy, stylish retreat with all the modern conveniences in the heart of Savannah.
Guest Access:
The entire studio is set up for your use, and there is room to park one car (as shown in the photos) in the gravel driveway.

Located on the east side, The Park Nest puts you in the heart of Savannah yet tucked away in the quiet well established neighborhoods. Surrounded by everything the hostess city of the south has to offer, you will enjoy easy access to everything that makes for a memorable stay in Savannah.
Start your mornings with a walk over to Forsyth Park, just a 15 minute, and stop through The Sentient Bean for espresso, coffee, and small breakfast bites. Are you craving some excellent dinner food for breakfast? Walk down to Fork & Dagger Diner to enjoy that retro diner we love.
Enjoy a variety of food types throughout the city. Just minutes from your door, stop in the Peking House for incredible Chinese food. Grab a Cubano from the Cuban Window Café, or get classy with seasonal American dishes with a southern touch at Local 11ten Food |Wine.
Ready to let loose and have a little fun? Savannah is home to some of the best pubs and nightlife around. Stop into the White Whale Craft Ales tasting room to taste some incredible local brews. Smoking only permitted outside when all doors/windows are closed. You may park one vehicle at your own risk in our cut out in the driveway (can fit even a large truck).
