Nice House
We stayed in this rental home for two months, February & March, 2024. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the entire house. Juan, the manager, responded quickly to a few issues we noted. The high points of this house were the 65" large screen Smart TV, and a nice, large pool which was a great way to cool off in after a day outdoors. We found there was no regular cable service on the TV, but the manager had a Spectrum technician come and fix the problem and it worked fine for a few weeks, then went out again. We tried rebooting the system twice, but it didn't work. Fortunately, we had subscriptions to Prime, & Netflix so we were able to watch some programming. I think this home is fine for a week's vacation, but for a longer stay such as ours it lacked basic cleaning supplies like a broom, dustpan, dust cloths. There was a swiffer but I had to buy cleaning pads and refill solution for it and it was quite old and didn't work properly. There was a vacuum cleaner. We were not allowed access to the garage where the owner's supplies are kept, but I managed to get a broom after asking a handyman to see if he could find one.
I do feel the house could use some updating, in particular, the mattresses in the two master bedrooms are uncomfortable. These two rooms would benefit from some inexpensive foam mattress toppers. Also some newer bed linens would brighten up the rooms. All in all it's a nice, clean home close to all the attractions, & shopping.
