The chalet is located in a quiet and safe neighbourhood, and offers free parking on site. The main floor features a large deck, perfect for soaking up the sunshine and breathing in the fresh mountain air. Fire up the BBQ and enjoy a delicious meal with loved ones, or unwind in the 4 season outdoor hot tub.

Inside, the fully equipped kitchen is perfect for whipping up a gourmet meal, while the large screen TV with Netflix is ideal for movie nights with the family. Free WiFi is available throughout the chalet, and an espresso machine ensures that your mornings start off on the right foot.

The basement of the Caribou Lodge features pool table, providing hours of entertainment for everyone in your group. Meanwhile, the wood fireplace and outdoor fire pit are perfect for cozy nights spent together, roasting marshmallows and sharing stories.

One small dog per booking might be allowed. We will ask for more details about your dog (size) before approving. A $500 security deposit will be ask as well as a $100 extra cleaning fee

1. A $500 security deposit might be asked.

2. Check-in is possible any time after 4PM. Checkout is before 11AM It is really important to respect that schedule in order to avoid extra fees.

3. It is strictly forbidden to smoke cigarettes, weed or to vape in the chalet. A $500 extra fee might be applied if you do.

5. Party and excessive noise outside the chalet are not permitted. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a $500 penalty and immediate expulsion without refund. We have noiseaware excessive noise detection systems inside and outside the cottage.

6. If the cottage is left in a messy state, we will charge $50 per additional hour per housekeeping attendant to put the house in order. At the end of the rental, the spa water must be as clean as when you arrived. Furthermore, If you delay the work of our cleaning team at check-out, you will be charged $50. This charge is applied to any late departure between 11:00 and 13:00. Any guest who is still on site after 1:00 p.m. will be charged for an additional night. This does not apply if we have approved a late departure in advance.

7. Guests assume full responsibility for any accident, injury or illness occurring in the cottage. By accepting this booking, it is agreed that all guests expressly assume the risk of any damage arising from their use of the premises. Customers acknowledge that they may personally purchase insurance to protect against such occurrences.

8. If you notice anything that presents a danger that could cause damage to the place or to people, let us know immediately.

9. Please note that there are security cameras outside the cottage to monitor the number of travelers and to ensure that there are no animals. Of course, in order to respect the privacy of tenants, none point to the spa. It is forbidden to move the angle of the cameras or to disconnect them, this act will be judged as an attempt to hide important elements from the owner and therefore, will immediately end the rental without refund. The number of guests must be confirmed at the time of booking, and any changes must be approved prior to arrival. In any case, the number of customers can never exceed the predetermined maximum number for the unit.

10.If any personal belongings are left behind when you check out, a handling fee of $75 plus taxes are applicable.

11. It is very important to respect our neighbours on the docks. Please listen to your music and speak at a level that will not affect our neighbours. Parties are not allowed on the docks. An additional $500 fee will be charged if these conditions are not respected

12. HOT TUB : To ensure everyone's safety and maintain the quality of the hot tub, we kindly ask you to follow these guidelines:
*Smoking and glass containers (glass or bottle) are not permitted in the hot tub area.
*It's important to keep the water level above the jets at all times to ensure optimal performance.
*To keep the water clear and avoid cloudiness from hair products, please refrain from dunking your head underwater.
*The hot tub temperature should not be raised above 102 degrees, as the system will reset itself to 85 degrees automatically.
*To maintain the cleanliness of the hot tub, you'll find chlorine shock pucks on the towel table. Please drop one into the hot tub at the end of each day if you've used it.
