Located on the ground floor, on a quiet alley just in front of Lafontaine Park, in the heart of the city and the popular district of Plateau Mont-Royal , this studio is equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay such as: Heating and cooling central climatisation, heated concrete/epoxy floor, high end windows and door to block off street noise, queen-size bed with thick natural down duvet, free access to Wi-Fi and high speed internet, a Smart TV, as well as a kitchenette and a private bathroom nicely designed which was featured in decoration magazine.

Please note that this is a full private studio with a kitchen area providing all basic amenities (coffee machine with filters, bar fridge, small toaster oven, microwave, plastic utensils, paper plates, paper coffee cups, red plastic Solo cups, salt, pepper, sugar). We also offer your first pot of coffee every day of your stay.

Travellers have access to the studio, private bathroom and private terrace (garden furniture).

Plateau-Mont-Royal is a lively, dynamic and trendy neighborhood. It is one of Montreal's most popular neighborhoods for students and tourists. Mont-Royal Avenue and Saint-Denis Street are dotted with local shops, excellent cafes and restaurants, terraces with a festive and casual atmosphere (during summer), lively bars and galleries. Nearby, and with views of the mountain of the same name, Mount Royal Park features popular trails and a lake. The peaceful La Fontaine Park has ponds surrounded by lawns where locals can practice sports and activities or simply sit around a picnic. The district is adjacent to the city center (downtown Montreal) where you will also find a wide variety of shops, restaurants, cafes, bars, shopping centers, etc. You will also be able to explore the Entertainment District and the Place des Arts, where several summer festivals are held, of which Montréal is so proud (FrancoFolies (June), Jazz Festival (July), Just for Laughs Festival (July). The park becomes alive also during the winter season with the popular ice skating on the pond.

The studio is located a few minutes walk from the metro station Sherbrooke, and one station from Berri-UQAM central station where 3 main metro lines meet. Buses are also easily accessible near the studio (bus 14, 24, 30, 356). There is also a Bixi bicycle rental station just across the street.

Pets are not allowed in our loft.
1. A $500 security deposit might be asked.

2. Check-in is possible any time after 5PM. Checkout is before 11AM It is really important to respect that schedule in order to avoid extra fees.

3. It is strictly forbidden to smoke cigarettes, weed or to vape in the loft and in the courtyard. A $500 extra fee might be applied if you do.

5. Shoes and boots are not permitted inside

6. Dogs are not allowed without any exception.

7. Party and excessive noise are not permitted. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a $500 penalty and immediate expulsion without refund.

8. Guests assume full responsibility for any accident, injury or illness occurring in the cottage. By accepting this booking, it is agreed that all guests expressly assume the risk of any damage arising from their use of the premises. Customers acknowledge that they may personally purchase insurance to protect against such occurrences.

9. If you notice anything that presents a danger that could cause damage to the place or to people, let us know immediately.


10. If any personal belongings are left behind when you check out, a handling fee of $75 plus taxes are applicable

11. Street parking available : Make sure to read the parking infos before to park. Make sure no to park in the #32 permit zone from 9am to 11pm, pay attention to where the arrows point. We are not responsible if you get a ticket or get towed because you parked somewhere you cannot.
