Enjoy a stylish experience at our Amazing Studio centrally located.
Located on the Plateau Mont-Royal (one block from Metro Mont Royal), within walking distance of some of Montreal's greatest parks, streets and attractions, you can't find a better space to visit beautiful Montreal.
You will be charm by :

Located on a quiet alley just a block away from Metro Mont-Royal, in the heart of the city and the popular district of Plateau Mont-Royal , this studio is equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay such as: Heating and cooling, huge windows, queen-size bed with, access to Wi-Fi and high speed internet, as well as a fully equipped kitchen and a full bathroom nicely designed.
Please note that this is a full private studio with a kitchen area providing all basic amenities.
Unfortunately, we do not allow pets in our studio, no exception.
1. A $500 security deposit might be asked.
2. Check-in is possible any time after 4PM. Checkout is before 11AM It is really important to respect that schedule in order to avoid extra fees.
3. It is strictly forbidden to smoke cigarettes, weed or to vape in the chalet. A $500 extra fee might be applied if you do.
4.Shoes and boots are not permitted inside
5. Pets are not allowed without any exception.
6. Party and excessive noise are not permitted. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a $500 penalty and immediate expulsion without refund.
7. Guests assume full responsibility for any accident, injury or illness occurring in the cottage. By accepting this booking, it is agreed that all guests expressly assume the risk of any damage arising from their use of the premises. Customers acknowledge that they may personally purchase insurance to protect against such occurrences.
8. If you notice anything that presents a danger that could cause damage to the place or to people, let us know immediately.
9. If any personal belongings are left behind when you check out, a handling fee of $75 plus taxes are applicable
10. Street parking : Make sure to read the parking infos before to park. We are not responsible if you get a ticket or get towed because you parked somewhere you cannot.
11. When you make a reservation with us you agree to all of the above house rules.
