This charming older home boasts 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and sits atop a beautiful peninsula reaching into Old Hickory Lake providing unmatched views and abundant wildlife. In addition to the game tables described above, we have 4 smart tv’s and assorted board games.

Upstairs you will find a large fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast nook overlooking the lake and pool as well as bar seating, the main living room and formal dining room, the master bedroom with in suite bath has a walk in closet and a king bed, and finally two guest bedrooms both with king beds and the upstairs guest bathroom.

Downstairs you will find the second living room with two couches that convert into twin beds, the wet bar area, the pool table room, a full bathroom, the office/flex room, and the laundry room. The patio doors open onto the large pool deck area where you will find a shaded seating area, lounge chairs and the hot tub.

The boat dock is located down some steep stairs so come prepared for a little exercise when you want to enjoy the lake! Life jackets are located on the back patio next to the hot tub and are always recommended when participating in lake and water activities.
