Why they chose this property
This was my childhood home. When my parents passed away I kept the home. I have a special sentimental attachment to this home. It happens to be centrally located in the Tampa area .

Many national chain and local restaurants within a 5 mile radius. St. Petersburg & Clearwater Beaches are 30 - 40 minutes West and Orlando is 90 minutes East. Interstate I-275 is just a few blocks south.
