The space comprises of 3 units of private pool villas located in the same private villa complex.

They are:
Villa I comprises a single-storey grass-thatched roofed pavilions linked by black-washed stone pathways, 6 x 3 meters swimming pool surrounded by private garden and pool deck. Closest to the entrance is the open-sided pavilion with a folded-door to the living room, dining and kitchen area behind. This pavilion is having an exposed ceiling featured with an overhead fan. To one side is the pavilion housing the 1st and 2nd guest bedrooms overlooking the pool and garden.

The living room have a comfy sofa, flat screen TV with satellite channels and DVD player whilst the fully equipped kitchen is next to the 6 seating dining table.

This villa (VILLA I) have a connecting access to Villa II and both can be rented to give a 5 bedroom villa for families or groups of friends.

BEDROOMS:
Villa I consists of two bedrooms that overlook the pool and garden. All have comfy beds, air-conditioner, white clean ceramic floor, bed-side tables with lamps, wardrobe with table, chair and dressing mirror.

The en-suite bathrooms have a rain shower with cold & hot water running, wash basin with mirror.

The 1st and 2nd bedrooms are positioned side by side in front of the pool and on the other side is a pavilion that housing the 3rd bedroom.

The living room have a comfy sofa, flat screen TV with satellite channels and DVD player whilst the fully equipped kitchen is next to the 6 seating dining table.

BEDROOMS:
Villa II consists of three bedrooms. The 1st and 2nd bedrooms are positioned side by side overlook the pool whilst on the other side is a pavilion that housing the 3rd bedroom. All bedrooms have comfy beds, air-conditioner, white clean ceramic floor, bed-side tables with lamps, wardrobe with table, chair and dressing mirror.

The en-suite bathrooms of Villa II have a rain shower with cold & hot water running, bath-tubs, wash basin with dressing mirror (no bath-tub at the guest cottage).

Villa III comprises a two-storey pavilion linked by black-washed stone pathways, 6 x 3 meters swimming pool and a private garden. The 1st bedroom and 2nd bedroom located downstairs and the 3rd bedroom is upstairs.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This Villa III is located about 50 meter away from the other 2 villas, but still in the same lane-way.

The open-plan living room provides a comfy sofa, flat screen TV with satellite channels and DVD player whilst the fully equipped kitchen and 6 seating dining area are located on the left side of the main pavilion.

BEDROOMS:
Villa III have 3 bedrooms. The 1st and 2nd bedroom is located in the ground level, furnished with air-conditioning, queen-sized bed, clean ceramic floor, bedside tables with lamps, wooden cabinet, table with chair and dressing mirror. Main bedroom has ensuite bathroom with bath-tub, hot & cold water shower, wash basin and wooden-framed dressing mirror. The 2nd ensuite bathroom has rain shower.

The 3rd bedroom is in upstairs, offering king-sized bed, air-conditioning, white clean ceramic floor, bedside tables with lamps, wooden table with chair and dressing mirror. The bathroom have rain shower with hot & cold water running, wash basin with wooden-framed dressing mirror.

Villa staff:
Team of 1 villa supervisor and 2 house maids from 8 am to 4 pm. Night security staff from 9 pm to 4 am.

If you prefer privacy, once they have made the beds and cleaned the villa you can ask to be left alone. The choice is yours! Security guard will secure the villa each day from 9 pm to 5 am.
