BY BOOKING THIS PROPERTY, THE GUEST/RENTER AGREES TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS, AND WILL SIGN A CONTRACT OUTLINING THE FOLLOWING:

*The guest must receive approval and authorization from the host for any events or parties held on the property. A signed, 'Special Event Contract', along with a receipt of additional payment for the event/party will confirm the approval of a guest's event/party to be held on the premises, in addition to the guest's overnights stay.

Any events or parties must be approved one (1) month before the check-in date, and may require an additional event/party fee.

Exterior surveillance cameras, and noise monitoring technology are installed onsite to document proof of an unauthorized event/party. The host/property owner, property manager, or representative may enter and exit the property if there is reason to believe an unauthorized event/party is taking place. The renter agrees that the host may charge the renter's card on file, or be billed for any extra guests, and/or if an unauthorized event/party occurs.

EXTRA GUESTS & VISITORS OUTSIDE OF BOOKING AGREEMENT

*Extra visitors or guests outside of the booking agreement must be approved by the host. This includes visitors that are not spending the night. Please communicate any additional visitors, or guests directly through the host for approval.

The final overnights stay pricing may be adjusted if there is an increase in the actual number of guests or visitors on the property, versus the agreed number of guests the guest has contractually paid for.

Exterior surveillance cameras are installed onsite to document proof of the actual number of guests/visitors on the property, and the host, property manager, or representative may enter and exit the property if there is reason to believe more guests than the agreed amount specified on the booking are on the property at any given time, or if an unauthorized event/party is taking place. The guest agrees that the host may charge the guest's card on file, or be billed for the extra guests, or unauthorized event/party if this occurs.

LOUD NOISE & MUSIC

*The host wants the guest to have an enjoyable stay at the property. However, please be aware that the villa is located high atop a hill, and loud noise echos down to the neighbors very easily.

Noise monitoring technology is installed onsite to document noise threshold levels, and neighborhood noise regulations do apply. In the event that the guest or their guests creates a disturbance due to high noise volume, a property manager has full authority to ask the guest to turn the volume down and/or off. If repeated disturbances are created, at the property manager’s discretion, the guest(s) may be expelled from the premises or the offending noise will be ended. In the event of disturbances to the point of expulsion, no portion of the overnights stay costs will be refunded to the guest.

Loud noise and/or music must end by 10 p.m., on any day of the week. If listening to music after 10pm, it is highly recommended to use the garage space provided the volume is modest and it cannot be heard beyond the boundaries of the property or by immediate neighbors.


EARLY CHECK-INS & LATE CHECK-OUTS

*Any early check-ins or late check-outs must be approved by the host, and may require an additional hourly fee.

Late check-outs (especially if there is another guest checking in on the same day) may incur a $30 per hour late fee for each hour after the set check-out time. If there is another guest scheduled to check-in on the same date as the renter's check-out date, the host, and/or the host's cleaning staff has full authority to enter the interior premises, and begin cleaning at 11am sharp. If the renter does not vacate the property, or prohibits the new guest from checking-in at their scheduled check-in time, the additional nightly rate will be charged to the renter's card on file, or billed after their stay.

NEIGHBORING FRUIT GROVES & VINEYARD

*The avocado fruit groves, grape vineyard, and land off of the main, bottom driveway up to the villa, between parking lots 'C' and 'B' (below the greenhouse) do not belong to DragonPoint Villa, and are private property. The land behind parking lot 'B', up a dirt road, with several cars parked on it, is also not part of DragonPoint Villa. The avocado groves, vineyard, and private land are closely monitored, and the land owners will call law enforcement if anyone, including the renters/guests of DragonPoint Villa trespass onto the neighboring property. In addition, anyone who takes the neighbor's avocados, grapes, or other property will be fined.

The renter/guests of DragonPoint Villa are welcome to carefully explore the grounds of the property which are up, past parking lot 'B' (The greenhouse). Do not venture out below parking lot 'B' (The greenhouse).

FURNISHINGS & DECOR

*The host asks that if guests move or rearrange the existing property furnishings, including, but not limited to, artwork, lamps, furniture, bedding, seating, to please put them back in their original location, undamaged, with no damage caused to the floors.

No nails, screws, or penetrating items are to be used on our exterior or interior walls or floors. Only low tack tape is allowed on our floors or walls. Any damage will be charged or billed after the guest's stay.

FIRE PREVENTION

*Fallbrook is an area very prone to wildfires.

We do not allow the use of real candles and/or any other fire related decorations such as Tiki torches. Please consider using flame-less battery operated candles if you want the ‘look’ of lit candles.

Fireworks of any kind, including sparklers, firecrackers, cherry bombs, poppers, are strictly prohibited by the county of San Diego. Please visit San Diego County's website for more info.

When operating the villa's 2 fireplaces, do not leave them unattended. Please ensure that they are properly lit, and extinguished in a safe manner.

The host does not provide an outdoor grill or BBQ. Guests are welcome to bring their own provided that they are operated properly, never left unattended, and operated with proper fire extinguisher at hand.

While smoking is permitted outside, a designated smoking area is required with proper cigarette disposal can to be provided by the guest. Please do not litter the property with cigarette butts. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. If smoking odor is left in the villa after check-out, an additional cleaning fee will apply.

GUEST CONDUCT

*There is absolutely no illegal drug use of any kind tolerated on the premises or within 25 feet of the front security gate including loitering or congregating outside the front security gate during the guest’s stay.

Threatening language or any type of physical violence will not be tolerated and will be cause for immediate expulsion. Renter and their guests shall use the premises in a considerate manner at all times. Conduct deemed disorderly at the sole discretion of the host shall be grounds for immediate expulsion from the premises and conclusion of the rental period. In such cases no refund of the overnights stay costs shall be made.

LIABILITY

*Renter agrees to hold the host, and/or the host’s employees, harmless of and from any liabilities, costs, penalties, or expenses arising out of and/or resulting from the rental and use of the premises.

CITY, COUNTY, STATE, FEDERAL LAWS

*The renter, and their guests agree to comply with all applicable city, county, State, and Federal laws and shall conduct no illegal act on the premises. This is a drug free property at all times, no exceptions. The renter shall not sell alcohol on premises at any time. The renter may not serve alcohol to minors on the premises at any time. The renter agrees, for everyone’s safety, to ensure alcoholic beverages are consumed in a responsible manner. The host reserves the right, in its exclusive discretion, to expel anyone who in its judgment is intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or who shall in any manner do or participate in any act jeopardizing the rights, use permit, or insurability of the property, or the safety of its staff, guests, or villa contents.

ENTRY & EXIT

*The guest shall allow the host access to the property for purposes of repair, inspection, in event of an emergency, if an unauthorized party/event has occurred, or if the renter creates repeated noise disturbances. The host, property manager, or representative, shall contact or notify the renter beforehand if interior access of the home is needed.

LOST & FOUND

*The host takes no responsibility for personal possessions left on premises during or after the guest’s stay. The host does maintain a lost and found and will hold recovered items up to 15 days.

*The villa is located high atop a private, 3/4 mile, paved road. The road is paved, and is a winding, single-car width.

Amazing sunsets

Alan and Francis have a wonderful house up on the hill and they were a pleasure to deal with. The house has views forever in all directions and the sunsets were spectacular. We had a wonderful time.

Fantastic 2 family getaway spot

The property and views are amazing ... breathtaking. It is somewhat remote but perfect given Covid... we didn’t see anyone else for the whole week (except the store). It is the perfect house for large groups that are self catering. Every mod con you could think of. Well stocked overall... maybe a little more silverware. We all had a great time teenagers and young adults were very happy with the garage for ping pong and the hot tub. Alan our host was very responsive and met us at arrival to go over some of the features in the home. Great vacation experience had by all and the house was superb.

Wow! Perfect Place!

Our family of six stayed at Francis’ house for two nights. It is up on a hill by itself. That was reason I had selected it. Communication was no problems through Vrbo, quick replay usually. Place was exactly as pictures shown. The kitchen was fully stocked with all kinds of ingredients, and it made cooking a fun for two foodies of our group. Since this place hosts weddings often, it is well stocked. You can find almost anything you need for a short stay. Great place, and I definitely recommended it to anyone.

A great place to enjoy the view and connect with quilting friends on a getaway retreat.

Quiet and peaceful, the modern architecture and art, the cool and quiet bedrooms and beautiful living areas are very welcoming. We found it an easy and spacious house to stay in and were able to enjoy gorgeous sunrises and sunsets every day. Even the full moon made a showing. With eleven of us staying the week, we set up tables for sewing machines and ironing stations in the huge garage and sewed, sewed, sewed. Only two afternoons was it too hot to sew in there, so then we retreated with handwork to the air conditioned house. The property manager, Alan, was very accommodating and helpful.

Very impressive, hospitable property, perfect for group retreats!

We stayed at Dragon Point this past week for four days and three nights. We came with four families (8 adults and 9 kids ages 2-7). We stayed the whole time at the property because it was so comfortable and fun, perfect for our group and what we wanted to do, which was to spend quality time with one another, sharing meals, having the kids play together, relaxing, etc. The house has an open floor plan with the bedrooms tucked away. Each bedroom is a suite with attached bathroom, so it's perfect for separate families. The overall design is beautiful, with tasteful decor and neutral colors. The indoors flowed smoothly outdoors so that the kids could run in and out. The huge garage space was perfect too for projects, puzzles, crafts, and other activities for the kids, although it could get hot in there with a sort of greenhouse effect coming through the translucent garage doors. We loved the astroturf outside which made it much cleaner for the kids to run around on. Because the property sat on top of a hill with a private, gated driveway, everyone felt comfortable knowing we were perfectly safe and secure. What we were most impressed about, was how thoughtfully the hosts provided the amenities. The kitchen was well-stocked with all cooking utensils, ingredients, supplies, and even candles, platters, and other hosting wares. Water bottles, Wifi codes, towels, extra linens, and extra folding tables were provided. The bathrooms had everything imaginable, from shampoo, conditioner, soap, and even shaving cream, makeup wipes, mouthwash, you name it. Such well thought-out hospitality made us feel like special guests! They even offered to pre-heat the jacuzzi for us upon arrival! Before departure, our host also helped us take a group picture. Overall, we would all love to come back and do this again! It affords a luxurious, yet homey getaway. It has been used for weddings and elegant events, yet it can also be the perfect setting for a casual family and friends retreat. Thank you to our wonderful hosts!

Best place ever!

Alan is such a great host! Rented this property for our wedding weekend. We used the place as our accommodation, getting ready venue and first look and was absolutely gorgeous! The place has all the supplies you need, it’s clean and very comfortable. There’s so much space and the view is great. Our wedding video turned out to be so beautiful because of this place. Alan is also very helpful! I would definitely wanna go back to this place filled with so much memories for my wedding. Highly recommended!

The property is a working vineyard and from the road looks like a nursery. As you drive up the half mile drive way, you see commercially grown palms,l and cacti and the entire road is lit. It is very beautiful. Once up on the hill, the house sits north south and you get a beautiful view all the way to Oceanside. A breeze come through every day along with the marine layer to keep things cool. As for the house. It is gigantic and very nicely furnished. The outdoor patio furniture is beautiful and very comfortable along with the second level fireplace. Only points of improvement would be a mattress topper for the beds as they are a little hard. Our wedding. Alan was very helpful and was able to provide table chairs and a wonderful venue. He has nearly everything you need to have a wedding hear. Only need to bring food, drink, and a sound system. Alan was communicative throughout the entire process and has nearly everything labeled in the house. We also left a few items there and he was gracious enough to send back to us.

Great for family

Dragon Point was conveniently located right off the freeway. Good combination of luxury and comfort. Outstanding views from several angels of the homes including both balconies and the hot tub . The home worked out great for our family of sixteen. We love the private setting of the home. We enjoyed sitting in the hot tub in the evening as the sun was going down. The homeowner meet us at the home, and waited even though we were late because of traffic. He was very nice, welcoming and approachable. Took on a personal tour of the home and made sure new how to work all controls in the home. We had a few minor problems that wasn't worth bothering the owner, and did not in anyway have a negative impact on our stay.

Thoroughly impressed

We had 4 families staying here, everyone was impressed by how organized, efficient, luxurious, and clean this property is. If we have activities in/near Temecula, we will stay here again for sure. The owner is professional and very efficient in his communication.

Wonderful Wedding Stay

My husband and I recently got married at the Dragon Point Villa. As we drove up to the house for the first time, we knew there was no better place to get married. The breathtaking hilltop view looks out all the way to the ocean. The Hsu family went out of their way to make our stay and the day of event incredibly special. Their love for the property shines through in every detail. We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful backdrop for the celebration. I highly recommend staying here for any occasion. The pictures don't do it justice. This is a one of a kind venue!

Amazing house with spectacular view, will come again!

A group of us really enjoyed our stay here. The house is clean and well stocked. We enjoyed the seclusion and the amazing view. The host Francis Hsu and Alan were super nice and made us feel so welcomed. Overall, this is an amazing property and I would highly recommend this property. We were very happy with our choice.

Amazing!

We had a rehearsal dinner and wedding ceremony here. So many compliments on the home and the views. It had so much space and allowed many out of state guests to be able to stay the night. The owners are wonderful to work with and so accommodating. We highly recommend it!

Our stay at Oasis at Dragon Point

Spent the weekend at Dragon Point and fell in love with this property. Wish we would have planned more time to relax at the house. Love the large kitchen with an island big enough for 8 to sit around and enjoy the cook (Me :) Every room had its own bathroom and comfortable sleeping arrangements. The house had an alarm and i wished it had a guest code so we could have used it! All in all i would give this house the highest rating and would love to stay again!

Awesome, Awesome, Awesome!!!

Pictures don't do justice to how great this place is. The drive up the 'private' hill to get to this house is a perfect start and builds anticipation. The views are breathtaking (so much so, that we decided to ditch our plans to go around Temecula and just stay in the house and the Jacuzzi for 3 days). The kitchen is very well stocked, the bedrooms and bathrooms are well maintained. Alan was very nice and helpful. In fact, we left one of our jackets there and Alan was kind enough to mail it back to us. Going above and beyond. I would definitely go back!

Secluded brand new modern house with panoramic views

Enjoyed my stay there. Would rent it again. It's a great location right off the 15 freeway. Easy to find with private driveway. On the hill by yourself, secluded from neighbors. The owners were easy to meet with and made it a great stay.

Amazing home!!

This home is beautiful. From the moment you start going up the drive way you can see a nice view view. When you meet the owner he gives you a full tour of the home and explains how everything works and where are things located. Ones you settle in and take a look at the whole house you will fall in love with it!! I had an amazing time here. I highly recommen this place you will love it.

Amazing property

Everything about the place was amazing for our wedding party. Views were spectacular. Plenty of space for everyone. Pictures almost don't do it justice. Love all the patios and open space.

Dragon Point Garden in Fallbrook

Our stay was excellent. The home was lovely, beautiful views, clean and organized. I would suggest more coffee mugs as we are coffee drinkers. Also we did not seem to find tea towels for kitchen. The gate was a little difficult to lock up. All in all we would be back and I would recommend this home to others. We thank the Hsu for sharing their lovely home. Beth
