Tucked at the end of a private, wooded road in a quiet cove, this 1960s charmer underwent some main level renovations, including the kitchen, in 2022. The open layout offers western-facing lake views from most rooms—the sunsets are spectacular!
Winter Harbor is a coveted Winnipesaukee cove known for stunning vistas and calm water. Outside you'll have two large private docks, one perfect for sunbathing, fishing and eating meals, and the other for docking your boat. Enjoy the large sandy beach, fire pit, expansive lawn & abundant wild blueberries just five minutes from charming Wolfeboro Main Street by car (or ten minutes by boat).
The home has a spacious kitchen, dining tables inside and out, laundry, two family rooms with large sectionals, a wood burning fireplace inside, a fire pit outside, and five bedrooms (including an entry level bedroom with queen bed ). Kids will enjoy a bunk bed room, and the primary bedroom also includes a crib.
