Your stay is yards away from the ocean. The entire 9 bedroom home including 3 apartments have been built by the owners starting in 1994 to 2014.

What makes this property unique

The home has solar equipped and it has everything in place for you to stay and relaxed with unmatched amenities. You will be a 2 minute walk away from Margaritaville and less than 5 minute walk from Coki beach.
