3 bed/3 bath, all bedrooms have a private bathroom for your utmost privacy.

In addition, we provide free high-speed internet and cable tv.

To complete the magic scene, the Villa offers a private patio where you can relax after a full day of parks or shopping. Enjoy a beautiful sunset or a starry sky that only the "Disney" atmosphere can provide.

At Summerville Resort, you can access a shared, heated swimming pool and hot tub year-round. A fitness center keeps your workout routine on track, and a kid's play area keeps the little ones occupied while you work out.

Welcome Kit includes 1 Paper Towel Roll, 1 Dish Sponge, 2 Dishwasher Pouches Detergent, 1 Small Dish Detergent, 2 Trash Bags in 2 trash cans, 1 Toilet Paper Roll in each bathroom and ONE MINI SET of toiletries. Please note you will have to bring extra supplies for longer stays. Our Welcome Kits only offer you comfortability upon arrival, but any extra needed items are not included.

We can sometimes accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs depending on our team's schedule. Please reach out to us if your group would be interested in this accommodation. Please note, we ask for a $60.00 fee if we can accommodate this during your stay.܏
