• 50% payment will be collected at the time of reservation and the balance 1 week before check in.
• Cancellations that are made more than 30 days prior to arrival will be eligible for a full refund, less the processing fee of $250.
• Cancellations that are made 15 - 30 Days prior to check in will be eligible to 50 % refund, less the processing fee of $250.
• Cancellations that are made 14 days or less – No Refund
