The closest mission is Mission Concepcion-established in 1731 and is only half a mile away. It’s known for being the oldest unrestored stone church in America and still in operation today. Across the way, you can swim or have a nature walk at the neighborhood Concepcion Park, which has an entrance to the riverwalk and the beautiful trails running along it. Visit the astounding 6000 square foot concrete pavilion at Confluence Park along the trail, offering yoga classes as well as other activities . Also nearby is the popular Southtown, Lone star, Blue Star, and King William districts only about 5 minutes away offering an array of bars, nightlife and restaurants such as La Tuna, the Friendly spot, Rosarios, Taco Haven, and Mcintyres amongst several others.
