This rare penthouse front unit with a large wraparound balcony boasts sleek, coastal decor and all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Enjoy the cool air conditioning, complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, fresh linens, towels, and a fully equipped kitchen. We've got your beach days covered with essentials like beach chairs, an umbrella, beach towels, a cooler, and a beach buggy.

The Master Suite features a King Bed and a spacious closet, while the Guest Room is equipped with two twin beds and a closet. Both bedrooms are furnished with new furniture and provide access to a large private wrap-around balcony. Relax outside and take in the breathtaking sunset views over Marco Island's Crescent Beach.

South Seas Community Amenities include a heated resort-style pool, pickleball and tennis courts, and a fitness center. Boat docks are available for rent, and there is ample covered, secure parking.

Quiet, comfortable, clean, great location

Perfect location. Comfortable, clean, everything we needed for a relaxing family vacation. Top on the list of southern Florida rentals we have stayed in. Would definitely book again.Loved sunsets on the balcony. Nice pool area. Busy but always found a chair. Loved walking up Tigertail beach, shelling, or the option to just stay close. Workout facilities were nice. Husband had great fishing options morning and night. Was nice to have options for the whole family, including 2 teen daughters, who loved the pool, beach, tennis, ping pong, or just chilling at the condo. Everything we needed to go to the beach, or make a home cooked meal.

Beautifully maintained condo with magnificent sunset views from 19th floor corner penthouse. The unit was clean and well stocked with everything you might need from beach towels, chairs & umbrellas to kitchen items should you wish to cook. The unit is exactly as described and actually seemed larger than in the pictures. There is a beautiful community pool and many restaurants just a short drive away. Highly recommend this unit for anyone desiring a fun stay on the beach in Marco Island!

Presidents weekend

Location you can’t beat! Everything was clean and as described all amenities in the condo were great. Sunsets didn’t disappoint. Only 1 thing I would complain about was master bed was extremely hard. Went out and bought a pillow topper. Otherwise I can’t complain about anything!

Great Unit

We loved staying in this beautiful unit. Located on the top floor the view is just magnificent! Very comfortable and a great location, walkable to restaurants, Winn Dixie and beach. Everyone at the pool was so kind and friendly. This unit has everything you need!

Beautiful Break from the Cold

The photos in VRBO were so pretty I was afraid they weren't real...but they were real! We really enjoyed the porch and the well-appointed kitchen. Both bathrooms had nice counter space and drawers. Plenty of towels. Comfy seating for movies. Good water pressure. Never ran out of hot. The view was unbeatable. It's a little walk to the water, but the sand you see is packed down which is nice. Great shelling. We got a little lucky with January weather and had fabulous sunsets.
