The space
Welcome to your sectioned off VIP private suite in the back of our house, complete with a private entrance, separate rooms, and a full bathroom with a double vanity and deep soaker tub and plenty of space! You get the whole private space to yourself, no sharing required.

And guess what? All your water—yes, even for showers—is filtered through our fancy Puronics® system. Plus, we’ve got high-speed Internet to keep you connected while you’re living the suite life!

🚗 Vehicle Private parking space marked "Welcome Guest Parking" on side of driveway (make sure to pull off driveway) and plenty of shaded street parking under the tall Oak trees in front on our very quiet street for your cars and trucks.

🚤 Boat Parking: Plenty of free street parking is available; boat/kayak trailer parking in our gated backyard is $10/day (payable at check-in).

🏡 Entrance: Use the “Guest Entrance” gate and follow the path to the VRBO entry.

🔐 Entry: Enter via the keyless smart lock on the French doors.

📺 Living Room: Features TV, kitchenette, dining table, and futon (sleeps 3rd guest). Full-size air bed available for 4th guest.

❄️ Climate Control: Central air and heat set for comfort; adjust if needed by messaging us.

🛁Private hallway connects the living room (doubles as a private 2nd bedroom), bedroom and full bathroom with soaker tub in the space. This is a private guest suite sectioned off from the host's home with it's own private entrance and is not shared with hosts or anyone else.
