It also includes a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker, a large flat-panel TV, STREAMING TV, and sitting area on the front porch. This owner has chosen a very modern style which is a refreshing change in contrast to the historic Victorian style throughout Eureka. The room includes a front entry with balcony overlooking Main Street from the tree-top level. This is the perfect vantage point to enjoy watching car show participants pass by as they cruise the historic loop. Excellent restaurants are only steps away with Red's Pizza across the street and Local Flavor, a short distance down Main Street. Common areas include a large deck with plenty of umbrella covered seating overlooking Main Street, a gazebo area.

The Bella Paradiso Condominiums are located at the gateway to Downtown Eureka Springs on the South side of the Historic Downtown. There are sidewalks leading you to the nightlife, restaurants, shopping, museums and historic charm of Eureka Springs.
Please contact us if there is any change in the number of guests that will be staying at the property. It is very important for us to know the number of guests in case of an emergency or natural disaster. Neither floor space, nor furniture may be used as additional sleeping areas. *Exceeding the number of guests stated on the reservation, or allowing the entry of an unauthorized pet into the property will be quickly addressed and require immediate compliance with the Rental Agreement. Note, we are able to monitor the number of guests and pets at the entry point of the property. (None of our properties have internal surveillance video). Exceeding the number of guests stated on your reservation without notifying us will result in an automatic charge of the additional guest fee up to the maximum occupancy of the Property. If you have exceeded the maximum occupancy allowed at the Property, we will charge $95 per each guest over the maximum occupancy per night. Intentional deception of the occupancy during your stay will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation and cessation of your stay without refund.
