Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to the apartment. In this amazing apartment, you will have access to all the spaces, including the living room, dining area, kitchenette, bathroom, bedroom, and your own private balcony with a small table and two chairs to enjoy the afternoon.

The Neighborhood:
Nuevo Polanco is one of the most vibrant and rapidly growing areas in Mexico City. Located north of the traditional Polanco, this modern district has become a hub of urban and cultural development. Here, you'll find a perfect blend of the old and the new, with contemporary architecture and well-designed public spaces.

The district also boasts a wide variety of gourmet restaurants, trendy bars, and exclusive boutiques, especially around Avenida Molière and Avenida Ejército Nacional.

One of the main attractions is the Museo Soumaya, an iconic building with an impressive art collection. It is also close to the Centro Nacional de las Artes, which offers a range of cultural and artistic events.

Getting Around:
Transportation in Nuevo Polanco is efficient, with several public transport options and easy access to the city’s main roads.

The largest nearby avenues are Avenida Molière and Avenida Ejército Nacional.

It is an ideal area for both residents and visitors who wish to experience the best of modern urban life in Mexico City.

The apartment does not have parking. However, you can park on the street or use two nearby parking facilities: one at Marina Park and the other at Golfo de Campeche 57.

Other Things to Note:
The building does not have an elevator; guests must climb stairs.

By policy, it will be required, prior to your arrival, that you send us official identification for all guests on the reservation (excluding minors).

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed, except for service animals with a valid permit. For service animals, there will be an additional charge of $500 MXN to cover cleaning expenses. The presence of 1 pet per property is allowed.

Daily house cleaning is not available; however, if you would like a mid-stay cleaning, it can be arranged for an additional fee. Please let us know in advance. For stays longer than 2 weeks, an intermediate cleaning is mandatory and must be covered by the guest.

HOUSE RULES

- Travelers must be at least 20 years of age to book.
- Smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) or using any recreational drugs on the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a penalty of $6,000 MXN.
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activities are prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. Loud music is not allowed after 11 p.m. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tents or other structures may be set up on the property grounds.
- Renters agree to cover any charges related to damages that occurred during their stay or additional cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving the furniture.
- Only 1 service animal is allowed.

Interaction with Guests:
This is a self-check-in department using a code to access the keys in the lockbox. Full check-in instructions and necessary codes will be provided before your arrival.
