–Max occupancy 4 (max adults 2). Due to the size of the unit, 2 adults and 2 children is maximum allowed. Guests who do not observe our maximum occupancy limit will have their reservation immediately terminated without refund(s).
– No fumbling with keys; self-check-in is available with digital keypad.
– Sliding Glass Doors are currently fogged in living room (to be replaced once glass comes in) Please see pictures in listing to see actual sliding glass door condition.
– Newly Remodeled in June/July 2024
– Ocean/Beach Views from Living Room and Screened-in Porch
– Fully equipped kitchen - Stove, Refrigerator, Microwave, and Dishwasher. Also, includes utensils and cookware.

– Starter quantity of Paper Towels, Toilet Paper, Trash bags, and dishwasher and laundry tablets provided. If more is need, that is guest responsibility.
– 43 inch Samsung Smart TVs in living room and bedroom (w/ Spectrum Cable via Spectrum App and other streaming apps: all streaming credentials must be provided by guest. Guest responsibility to sign out of all streaming devices before leaving condo)

You have access to everything in the condo except a small locked owners closet in the bedroom. Owners closet has a digital keypad.

The condo is located in the Crescent Beach area of North Myrtle Beach. You’ll be close to countless family-friendly attractions – bowling, mini-golf, and indoor go-karts all within 2 miles of the condo. Barefoot Landing is approximately 3 miles from the condo. Discover 90+ golf courses here in the Myrtle Beach area – known as the "Golf Capital of the World;" these range from championship courses to family-friendly mini-golf courses. Uber/Lyft are available to/from the airport or just exploring the area.
