This is a duplex unit on the alley behind a beautiful 1890 Victorian home (that’s also a rental). There is a small private graveled private outdoor space. The apartment is small yet very adorable with everything you need. Just 2 blocks from the very first Albertson’s market and other restaurants, brewery and liquor store. Just 10 blocks from the center of al the downtown action.
