Our guest suite is accessed via a unique entrance on the left side of the house, leading you down a set of stairs to your private getaway. We've taken care to ensure the stairway is well-lit and secure for your comfort and safety. While this provides a separate and private access ensuring your stay is undisturbed, it's important for guests to be comfortable with using stairs. This setup is ideal for those who appreciate a distinct separation from the main house, offering a sense of seclusion and privacy.
To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests and to maintain the quality of our home, we kindly ask you to follow these additional house rules:

Garage Storage: Luggage and personal items can be stored in the garage at your own risk. We are not responsible for any damage or theft that may occur.

No Smoking: This is a smoke-free property. Smoking is not permitted inside the house or anywhere on the premises.

Pets: We strive to maintain a hypoallergenic environment for the comfort of all guests. However, well-behaved pets may be permitted upon prior request at the time of booking. An additional fee will apply.

Noise Curfew: Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum, especially between 10 PM and 7 AM.

Garbage Disposal: Kindly dispose of garbage regularly in the designated bins outside and follow the recycling guidelines provided.

Safety: Do not leave candles or any open flames unattended. Ensure that all doors are locked when you leave the property.

Damage: Please treat the home with care. Any damage to the property or its contents must be reported immediately.

Illegal Activity: Absolutely no illegal activity is permitted on the premises. This will result in immediate eviction without a refund.

Maximum Occupancy: The number of guests shall not exceed the maximum occupancy of the property as listed.
