Good deal
The place could use a few upgrades (it had a short shower and deep tub, for example), but was more than adequate for the price. My dog enjoyed the large yard that was securely fenced. I appreciate that the owner didn’t have a thousand stupid rules about the dog and that they were prompt and helpful in their communication.

This small but roomy home is situated on a very quiet street in a quiet and safe neighborhood just a few blocks from the main street of East High Avenue and the center of town. The location allows guests to visit area attractions with minimal driving. Amish country is a 25 minute commute; many restaurants are just a few minutes away; the beautiful Kent State Performing Arts Center is only 5 minutes away. Tuscora Park can also be reached in 5 minutes. There is off street parking on a wide cement driveway next to the house or there is on street parking in front.
