PLEASE NOTE: Phoenix VI resort will undergo an elevator modernization project starting Monday, August 12th, with an anticipated completion date of mid-March 2025. At this time construction noise should be expected, although the main concrete cutting will only take place on the first day - August 12th - in the elevator equipment room and on the 15th-floor elevator landing.

Orange Beach is a family-friendly beachfront town. You will not be disappointed nor will you be able to find this level of luxury and convenience anywhere for this price!

4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
