I've lived in Sandpoint for 25 years. Retired earlier this year, I was the longest serving mayor in Sandpiont's history. I love sharing the best of our community with travelers who appreciate all that Sandpoint has to offer.
Why they chose this property
Unbeatable location. Right in the heart of small town bustle, there are about 40 restaurants in a 4 block radius along with lots of shops, entertainment, nightlife, brew pubs and more. City Beach, and trail heads for Sand Creek Trail and Pend Oreille Bay Trail (off-leash for dogs) are also in the neighborhood.
What makes this property unique
It is a unique, modern design with nice finishes and touches. The rooftop deck is a special treat with a privacy fence, hot tub and bbq grille.
