Situated on a three-acre lot, Grendel Grove Chalet offers endless opportunities for relaxation, surrounded by expansive views of eight-acre Grendel Lake. In addition to a private dock, beach, firepit, a large screened-in porch and a glorious deck, this chalet offers an expansive level lot, perfect for yard games. Inside the three-bedroom, two-bath chalet, you'll find a comfortable living area with exquisite views. In the colder months, a fireplace makes this the perfect, cozy spot for a getaway. A kitchen stocked for cooking and a large dining table complete this family-friendly accommodation.
The first level includes a bedroom with a queen bed and a full bath. An additional living area can be closed off for privacy and has a sleeper sofa for larger groups. Upstairs, you'll find a loft sitting area and two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a queen bed and single. A desk in one of the bedrooms makes this chalet a strong contender for a remote work getaway! This chalet is equipped with Wi-Fi. This chalet is pet-friendly, with two dogs maximum, no cats. There is a $55 per night pet fee.
Please note that we charge a one-time property damage protection fee. This is actually a damage protection policy that protects you for up to $500 worth of coverage for any damages incurred because we know that accidents can happen.
