Guest access

As our guests, you'll have exclusive access to the entire home and property. There are no shared spaces outside of what is included in your booking.

Your check-in code will be provided one hour before your arrival.



Other things to note

Your safety and comfort are our top priorities. For enhanced security, we've installed outdoor cameras around the perimeter of the property. There are no indoor cameras, ensuring your privacy in our tranquil retreat.

To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests and maintain good relations with our neighbors, please follow the House Manual and these guidelines below:

1) No Smoking: Smoking on the premises is prohibited. Violations will result in the loss of the security deposit and an additional de-smoking fee, totaling a $1,000 penalty.

2) Quiet Hours: Amplified music and outdoor gatherings are not allowed after 9 pm to preserve neighborhood peace.

3) Guest Count: Please inform us of the exact number of guests. Additional guests not reported will incur a $50 charge per person, per night starting at 10 pm.

4) No Parties/Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Non-compliance will lead to immediate eviction without refund, as noise levels are monitored.

5) Pets: Pets are welcome but must be disclosed at booking or before arrival. A deep cleaning fee, twice the standard rate, is required for pets to ensure an allergen-free space for all guests. Failure to disclose may lead to additional fees.

6) Fireplace: For decorative purposes only, do not start real fires.

7) Cleanliness: Please maintain cleanliness and refrain from wearing shoes inside the property. If any piece of furniture is moved but not put back in its original place, there'll be a charge of $100.

8) Doors: Keep doors closed to prevent the entry of insects and animals.
- Important: Do not lock the doorknobs; use only the Schlage lock with the pin code provided. If you lock yourself out and require a locksmith, you will be responsible for the locksmith fees. Please adhere to these instructions to avoid any issues during your stay.

9) Trash Disposal: Please take out the trash as needed and separate it between the bins. Prior to check-out, properly dispose of the trash and do not leave it inside the house. If your stay includes Thursday, kindly put the trash bins out for Friday collection and return them afterward.
- FOOD DISPENSER NOTICE: Guests are NOT allowed to put food down the sinks. Any clogging due to food particles is subject to a $500 fee or more to get it fixed. Please properly throw away trash in the bins. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!

10) Parking Guidelines: Please use street parking or the provided garage and driveway. Observe all parking signs to avoid fines. The garage offers a secure, accessible option. Please do not block the sidewalk.

11) Security Camera Tampering: Our property's safety and security are paramount. Please refrain from tampering with or disabling the security cameras located at the doorbell, driveway, and backyard. Any violation of this rule incurs a $500 fine and may result in eviction. We appreciate your cooperation in upholding the security of all guests.

12) Check-out time: Please be considerate of timing since our cleaners have a tight schedule, and they will come right after your check-out time to clean up the property and prepare it for the next guests. Every started hour of being late to check out will be charged $50/h.
