Blue Skies #8 is a fully furnished 1/1 second-floor apartment equipped for long term stays and checks all of the boxes: Pool, beach access, free parking, free laundry, nicely decorated with new furnishings, central heat & air, full size kitchen with granite countertops, queen bed, and a sleeper sofa. Located just over a block from the Upham Beach access on St Pete Beach, you can walk five minutes to the white sand and emerald surf of our pristine Gulf Beaches, then cool off in our private pool!
Property is professionally managed by Copeland Morgan LLC. They are local and maintain a 24/7 hotline.
Located just over a block (about 200 yards and an easy walk with no major crossings) from the pristine white sand and emerald surf or St Pete Beach's Upham Beach Park. Also located right in the heart of St Pete Beach (Gulf Blvd and 68th Ave), with numerous shops , bars, restaurants, and resorts within walking distance.
You'll have the entire apartment to yourself. Pool, laundry, and outdoor areas are shared. There are nine apartments in total.
Second-floor apartment (requires climbing one flight of stairs). Open plan kitchen and dining room. Separate bathroom with queen bed, ensuite bath, and walk-in closet. Sleeper sofa in living room.
Beach Trolley, Downtown Trolley, Beach Rides, and ride share apps readily available.
