Floor to ceiling views of the Pacific Ocean greet you as you arrive at Ocean's Edge, perched on an oceanside cliff, with easy beach access. Ocean's Edge offers guests a spacious and welcoming lodge-like living room with pitched ceilings and exposed beams, an outdoor hot tub overlooking the ocean, and a quiet sun porch, the ideal nook for reading. The wraparound oceanfront deck also has a fire pit and adirondack chairs for enjoying the view.

This four bedroom three bathroom home has plenty of space to entertain, but is designed with perfect places for quiet time. The main floor has two beautifully appointed bedrooms with queen beds and ocean views. A third bedroom with a sitting area is upstairs with a second wood-burning fireplace and bathroom creating a private sanctuary. The ground level has two twin beds plus a separate bedroom with a full bed and ensuite bathroom. Luxury linens and quilts, antiques and overstuffed furniture enhance the experience of the ever-present ocean views from nearly every room.

The large dining area seats 10 and the fully equipped chef's kitchen includes all large and small appliances, pots, pans, utensils, spices, and staples - everything needed for a feast or a casual outdoor dinner on the large picnic table on the deck. WIFI, Large flatscreen TVs, DVR, DVD player and small library of movies, boardgames and beach toys. Sandy beaches and amazing tide pools make Ocean's Edge the perfect retreat for families, couples, and friends. Every amenity is included to promote a relaxing, serene and luxurious vacation.
Crabbing, clamming fishing all within several miles with easy boat, equipment and kayak rental. The flat beach is perfect for boogie boarding, paddle boarding and skim boarding.
Tillamook, only 11 miles away, home of the famous Tillamook Dairy and Cheese Factory, the new de Garde Brewery and the more established Pelican Brewery has
a movie theatre and many restaurants. There is also a farmers market in the summer adding to the shopping that is available all year.

Best Spot on the Beach!

Beautiful location and perfect house for a beach getaway!

Just as pictured, the house is perfectly located above Oceanside beach, with easy and close beach access and amazing indoor and outdoor seating taking full advantage of the amazing views. Close proximity to Tillamook and other beach towns, but also great if you never want to leave the property!

Perfect weekend getaway with all the fixings: - welcome basket with wine and other goodies - s’more kit for roasting on the balcony - fully stocked kitchen - fresh roasted coffee - toiletries in bathrooms - lounge chairs - high chair and jumper for babies - board games and books for when the weather is wet - hot tub on the balcony We loved our stay and look forward to coming back again soon! :)

Absolutely gorgeous - and fun!

My son and daughter and their families stayed here for a week - perfect weather, and a home that was nothing short of spectacular. I was terrified of the white couches, but I believe they survived. The view is spectacular, the kitchen top-notch, and bedrooms and great room are all comfortable and lovely at the same time. And a foosball table in the basement - it doesn’t get any better!

Oceanside visit

This was a fantastic listing (although expensive). Great views. Lovely home. It had everything that one could possibly need. While we had read there might be a problem with parking, we traveled in 4 cars and had no problem. A wonderful way to celebrate our son’s 40th birthday!

Fantastic Home

We went for a girls' trip and the house was even more spectacular in real life than what the pictures can show. The view is breathtaking. The host was very responsive and helpful. We had a great time and made memories that will last a life time.

Exactly what a vacation is supposed to be

We were hoping to have a lovely getaway for my husband's 70th. We sure did. It was all that and more. There are plenty of beach vacation rentals. There are few, if any, homes like this. From the moment we arrived, we settled in, as though we'd lived there for years. Beautiful furnishings, a cook's kitchen, soft beds, and huge windows opening to neverending views of the ocean. If you are looking for something beyond special, it is here. The perfect getaway. And you may get lucky like we did and see what may be a "regular," a huge golden eagle who perches in the early morning in a tree by the house, dwarfing the many bald eagles.

A Dream Come True

My husband has always wanted to live in a house "right on the ocean." For one week, we got to do just that thanks to Ocean's Edge. The house is beautifully designed, almost like a theater with the constantly changing seascape as the show. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need which was especially helpful when we visited because local eateries were operating with restricted hours. Oceanside has no grocery store, so we were grateful for the generous welcome basket brimming with local goodies, including Tillamook cheese. Spotlessly clean. Charmingly decorated. A two minute walk to the beach which features a doorway to another "secret" beach! My husband couldn't think of one thing he would want to change! Highly recommended!

We loved this absolutely beautiful house! The kitchen was very well stocked and the house was decorated and furnished wonderfully. And the view was awesome! The only reason I gave only 4 stars for the location was we had 2 big rigs and had just enough room, anymore would have been tight. On our list to visit again! Fit our big family very well!

Repeat visitor - love the house and location

We’ve stayed here several times. Couldn’t think of anything more to have to make our stay more enjoyable. Front door is a little tricky as it doesn’t seem like the thumb latch on the handle has a purpose. Looking forward to our next visit.

Amazing property

We rented this property for 5 days over Thanksgiving for 8 people. It could have accommodated up to 10. The location and view from the house is stunning. The home is very comfortable and well stocked. It had every amenity we needed. It is a beautiful home and has many personal details and decorations. It was exactly as described and we would love to come again.

Fantastic location, views, and amenities

Best part about the house was the location and views. Beautiful scenery and a 100 yard walk to the beach. The house itself was incredibly well-appointed… almost too much so, if that’s possible. There was nothing we couldn’t find for our long weekend trip. The beds were soft, yet comfortable (we usually prefer firmer beds, but we slept great). The hot tub was great in the evenings. The layout of the house was nice. And the gift basket was a very nice touch. Only minor complaint… the upstairs bath was fairly small for a master bath, so a bit of uncomfortable for an average adult, but it was manageable. All in all, a great home for a family getaway or romantic weekend away!

Beautiful, thoughtful, perfect.

Our extended family of nine gathered for our 50th wedding anniversary. This home was situated so perfectly for the view and beach access. The owner Janet was a pleasure to communicate with ahead of our visit. The design and amenities were superb. The many personal touches and high end details made for interest and comfort. We purchased the property as a vacation rental. However, we loved the area so much that, when my husband retired in 2009, we completely refurbished it and made it into our dream home. In 2010 we moved here full time.
Now we'll be spending some more time away to be with our kids and want to share it with those who will love it as we do.

This home offers everything we wanted in a dream home. We love the awesome oceanfront setting, with large pine trees adding to a forrest like feeling. The house is on a quiet private road which keeps the area peaceful at all times.
