Hotel structure available for Flat guests: panoramic swimming pool, tennis court, playground, games room, sauna, restaurant, fitness room, Nautical Deck, schooner option on the beach and private boat rental. Located on Praia Grande in Angra dos Reis.

Maravilhoso!

Um lugar tranquilo, com boa localização, uma vista linda e próximo de praias muito boas que da pra ir a pé. O restaurante do hotel é muito bom. O atendimento é excelente! O Luis Alberto foi muito atencioso.

Descanso e conforto

O flat é limpo, decoração moderna, todo compacto e com uma vista linda. O flat tem muitas opções de lazer no condomínio, como piscina, brinquedos para crianças, um restaurante com preço bom e comida saborosa, e a praia que é em frente ( não muito boa pra mim, mas tinha bastante banhista) mais a vista da praia é linda e a localização do Flat é perto de várias praias maravilhosas. O dono do Flat sr. Luís é uma pessoa muito receptiva e dá toda acessória que precisamos via telefone, uma pessoa muito agradável. Flat nota 10! Espero voltar logo!

Excelente estadia, limpo, organizado e vista para mar..

O lugar é lindo, tem restaurante dentro do espaço interno, acesso direto a praia e pscina sempre limpa. Ótimo custo benefício. Gostamos muito, anfitrião respeitoso, respondeu prontamente e voltaremos quando puder.

Foi uma boa experiência

O imóvel e bom. Tem um probleminha no banheiro que alaga um pouco. Mas nada que seja um problema sério. O ar condicionado é bem barulhento. É bom ter um protetor auricular. Achei o acesso ao apartamento ruim, de todo jeito vc tem que subir dois lances de escada, pessoas c mobilidade reduzida terão problema Já a estrutura do hotel é boa, uma piscina grande, c acesso a praia , que e bem limpa. A comida bem feita e preços acessíveis. Recomendaria com certeza.

O Imóvel é muito bom, só faltou um fogão maior mas foram 12 dias muito bem aproveitados. O Anfitrião foi muito prestativo. O condomínio é excelente para família com crianças. Voltarei novamente.

É o terceiro ano que passo o réveillon em Angra e esse com certeza foi o mais especial. Calmo e gostoso. O apartamento é aconchegante, tem uma cama muito boa e o anfitrião é super simpático. Respondeu minhas dúvidas rapidamente. Que eu voltarei é uma certeza e espero que fiquemos no mesmo apartamento também

Amamos tudo no flat do luiz. Localização fácil, tudo muito limpo, decoração aconchegante e linda, vista perfeita e toda comodidade de estar dentro de um condominio completo e com acesso a praia maravilhosa e muito limpa. Não ha nada de negativo pra dizer desta acomodação. Luiz foi sempre super solicito, nos atendeu em um pedido especial o tempo todo desde o primeiro contato. Amamos absolutamente tudo. Pessoal do condominío e do restaurante sempre educados e muito simpáticos. Tanto funcionários, qto os moradores . Obrigada luiz!! Com certeza voltaremos e recomendamos muito.

Bom

O ambiente do studio é bom, mas o Check in deixou a desejar. Estava marcado para entrada as 15 horas, chegamos as 15:30 na recepção e só entramos no quarto às 16:40, pois ainda estavam realizando a limpeza. A estrutura do condomínio e sua localização é ótima. Gostei muito da disponibilidade de cadeiras e toalhas para uso na praia.

Imóvel muito limpo e arejado. A estrutura do condomínio é boa, disponibilizam cadeiras de praia e toalhas para utilizar na beira da praia. Nos passeios que fizemos, embarcamos direto no píer do condomínio. Gostamos muito de nos hospedar aqui!

Não é necessário sair do condomínio para nada. Piscina, quadras, restaurante, salões de jogos e uma saída exclusiva para a praia.

Muito bom!

Flat exatamente como descrito no site. Confortável, todo novinho e decorado com bom gosto. O condomínio é maravilhoso. Acesso direto à praia, oferece cadeiras e toalhas. O bar serve os hóspedes na areia da praia, que é uma delicia. Tranquila de dia e a noite. A comida no restaurante tem bom preço e, apesar de não ser exatamente maravilhosa, atendeu bem. O proprietário do flat é gentil e correto, nos enviou antecipadamente todas as informações e autorização para acesso ao condomínio. Recomendo!
