• Please DO NOT park under the carports, Vehicles without carport reservations/permits will be booted/towed at the vehicle owner's expense and without notice. The fee to remove the boot is $200.00.

• Early check-in is available (starting at 2:00 pm) for a fee of $35
• Check-out on/or before 11:00 am. Late check-out is available (as late as 12:30 pm) for a fee of $35
• Grill area: the property boasts two commercial outdoor grills. These grills are located at the pool deck.
• The swimming pool is located at the center of the property, behind the clubhouse 8:30 am-9 pm

• No Smoking is permitted in the condo or amenity areas. There is a $250 fine for smoking in the condo
