Ideally Located

This furnished apartment is located in the South Congress (or SoCo) neighborhood of Austin. It’s an eclectic area full of energy and charm. Be sure to check out Jo’s Coffee, then snap a pic at the famous "I Love You So Much" mural right outside. Shoppers will enjoy walking along South Congress Avenue, where you'll find quirky shops. It’s also a must-visit spot at dusk when bats fly out from under the bridge during certain times of the year. Don't forget that Austin has tons of live music, so go catch a concert at one of the area’s music halls or clubs.

This Blueground apartment has flexible lease options, allowing you to book it for one month, a year, or more.
Pets are welcome, though weight limits and breed restrictions apply and may incur fees.
Parking is offered based on availability and is subject to a fee.
Please keep in mind that this is a walk up building.
We take great pride in ensuring every photo displayed is shot in our own units with our actual furnishings. That said, we regularly refresh our decor and furniture arrangement, which may differ from what’s pictured.

A security deposit of $500 is required at booking, which will be returned within 2-4 weeks after the check-out, minus any deductible damages.
