Welcome to your cozy beachside home away from home. Feel welcomed from the moment you arrive in the lobby to the moment you step right out on the sand, catching sunsets off the balcony. In the heart of Miami Beach's most iconic Millionaire Row, you can't miss the dining, nightlife and leisure activities nearby. All guests must be registered with the building before check-in and a building application fee of $499 is paid to the building management, regardless of length of stay.

All guests must be registered with the building before check-in. An application process is necessary for reservation approval by the building management. Security procedures for identity and payment verification are part of the booking process. The building application fee is $499 paid to building management.

At check-in, you'll be asked for a credit card to cover incidentals. The hotel will place a temporary hold of $250, which will be released upon check-out.

CDC cleaning and sanitation protocols strictly followed. Exterior surveillance cameras for added security.

★ IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
All amenities located on the lobby floor. Pool with bay views. Guest registration with the hotel required 24 hours before arrival.

★ PROVISIONS:
Essentials provided, including WiFi, Smart TVs, ironing set, portable crib, and starter toiletries. Note: Washcloths and kitchen towels not included.

★ GUEST SCREENING:
A check-in procedure for security and fraud prevention will be conducted.

★ WHAT TO EXPECT:
We've prepared for your needs with fresh linens, towels, toiletries, cooking utensils, and pantry basics.

★ EXTRAS:
Concierge services available for boat rentals, chef engagements, massages, and more. These services are independent of the property owner. We offer concierge services to our guests. Wishing to rent a boat, engage a chef, or book a massage? Our concierge can arrange these and more upon your request. We want to clarify that the managing host facilitates these local, third-party services and bears no connection with the property owner. The booking of any optional add-ons signifies the renter's agreement to absolve the property owner of any claims related to these third-party activities. We are pleased to arrange housekeeping during your stay, upon request, and at your cost. We reserve the right to assess fines for excessive cleaning, trash removal, and property damage.
