- Check-in is at 4 PM - 10 PM ONLY.
- UPON BOOKING, WE REQUIRE A PHOTOCOPY OF THE LEAD GUESTS DRIVERS LICENSE WHICH MATCHES THE CREDIT CARD USED TO BOOK.
- WE REQUIRE A COPY OF ALL ADULT DRIVER'S LICENSES.
-ABSOLUTELY NO NOISE AFTER 9 PM OUTSIDE, WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES OR GATHERINGS OF ANY KIND AT THE HOUSE, NO SMOKING / DRUGS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING HOOKAH IS ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY AND QUIET HOURS START AT 9 PM - 8 AM.
- No unauthorized guests other than those listed on the booking. Should you wish to have guests visit, it must be communicated with the hosts and pre-approved.
-We have a minimum age requirement of 30y/o to be able to book the property.
- Quiet Enjoyment Only: This is not a party house. No loud or amplified music and no unauthorized guests. Violations may incur a $1000 fine.
- Pool Heating: Available November through May for an additional $50/day. The pool is not heated in the summer.
- Dog Friendly: Pre-approval necessary for one dog with a one-time non-refundable fee.
- Long-term renters welcome.
