The West End is located in the St. Louis Central West End Neighborhood!
Great amenities are:
- Fast and stable fiber internet connection
- Free parking spot, INCREDIBLE in downtown Central West End (other hotels charge $15-20/day!)
- Communal kitchen with 2 sets of range, ovens, fridges, microwaves, and dishwashers.
- Complimentary coffee
- Great patio space with seating and a gas grill
- Complimentary Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN+, where available and local TV channel
1. No, parties. You must get pre authorization from us if you are having friends and family over. Violations will result in immediate cancellation.
2. No smoking inside the room or building. We have designated smoking area next to the patio. Extra cleaning fees of $250 to remove odor and stains will be applied if a smoking smell was discovered upon checkout.
3. Community Kitchen: It is self-serve. Make sure to clean-up after yourself. Please acknowledge that occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. However, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.
4. Please do not rearrange our furniture. If there are any items or parts broken or heavily soiled that are not done by you, please report them immediately to avoid a possible fee for replacement.
5. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
Pet Rules:
1. There is $25 pet fee per stay up to 3 nights. For a longer stay we charge $50 per week & $150 per pet per month.
2. Excessive barking or noise from pet may result in immediate cancellation
3. There is a designated pet area in front of the hotel. Please clean up after your pets. Failure to do so can result in $25 charge.
4. Any excessive pet hair left behind will result in a $30 fee.
